BULK/HEAVY ORDERS

Please note that while the website has standard $23 (domestic) 0 - 5kg (Large/X-Large Box).

If you are looking to do a LARGE BULK ORDER email us first, so we can work out the best shipping option for you. If this is applicable to your order we will contact you advising of any additional postage costs. This will need to be paid before the order can be sent out.

TRACKING

All parcels sent within Australia will be sent with tracking. Once your parcel has been sent you will receive an email shipping confirmation with the tracking number – please note the tracking number is right at the end of the email.

If you are having any issues with your tracking number, please contact us and we can get in touch with Australia Post.

STORE PICK UP

You are welcome to collect your orders from ourΒ Cheat Eats Surfers Paradise Pick up Store in Surfers Paradise Only on SATURDAYS 10AM - 3PM. Select local pickup at the checkout. You will receive a txt message once your order is ready to collect.

Do you have a sweet tooth or maybe a savoury? Here at Cheat Eats we are a family owned business located in the Gold Coast, Australia.

Our online store and pick up store has a large range of different type of lollies, chew bars, novelty lollies, chips/crisps and much more.

We have over 100 pick n mix lollies options from Aussie, NZ, Spain, USA and UK Available for all your pick n mixes or single bags.

We like to get all of our orders processed, made and sent out within 48 hours. If you have any questions or requests get in touch we are always happy to help.

You can also order when we are packing order LIVE on socials to enjoy being part of our journey and become family. This will be every Thursdays from 7pm - 9pm

2024 - Online Treats store with National Shipping & Pick Up Available at Surfers Paradise (Saturdays Only Pickup)

We have now embraced a new direction for the brand we have created - A focus on community and all things treats and cheat eats.

Our Past:

Founded in early 2017 ....

2017 - Plan to open 1st retail store in Mackay, however Cyclone Debbie had another idea. So founder spent the delay to assist communities hit by cyclone Debbie with delivering water, food and necessary items.

2017 - Gold Coast services was opened.

End 2017 - Marked an amazing year for the start of Donut Empire - Being named Top 5 Finalists 2017 for Gold Coast young entrepreneur awards in Hospitality, tourism and events division.

2018 - Saw Donut Empire trademarked

2020 - Donut Empire launched their DIY donut packs of their famous mixes for people to make at home during lockdowns shipping all up and down the east coast of Australia.

2021 - Donut Empire launched other gift boxes for delivery including grazing platters and more for the Gold Coast. Covid Saw us pivot and purchase a Donut & dessert vintage style caravan for events and markets that can be hired.

2021/2022 - Donut Empire is now licenced to grow! We are on the hunt for like minded entrepreneurs who want to launch their own Donut Empire gift box delivery services in their city or town - contact us for more information.
